CEQ was proud to receive the 2009 ECA Industrial Project of the Year Award, sponsored
by Energex for its outstanding project achievement.

CEQ was engaged by Wiley & Co to carry out the complete electrical installation for the
project.

The government rebate on ceiling insulation meant CSR needed to increase its
production of CSR Bradford Gold Batts. CSR in Brisbane undertook a major upgrade and
CEQ became involved in a rapidly changing, technically demanding project valued at
$3.5M, based over seven months.

The new facility increased CSR's glass wool production by over 35 per cent, and the new
process will save 20 million tonnes of greenhouse gases.

When the machinery arrived from China, CEQ under a contract with CSR, was charged
with installing, modifying and commissioning a very complex package. The judges
particularly noted the high pressure Contract Electrical QLD was placed under, and the
extreme levels of change control required on the project.
