CSR Bradford, Brendale
2009 ECA industrial Project of the Year
Project Value: $3.6m
CEQ were intially contracted for the HV& LV base
building works. We were then approached by CSR to
take on the challenge of installing and commissioning
the complete process side of the facility within a
fast-tracked time frame of three months. With limited
documentation we took on the challenge of designing
and installing on the run. The process side of the
project involved the co-ordination and installation of
over thirty MCC's and hundreds of field terminations.

Hide Treatment Processing Facility, Ipswich
Project Value: $1.3m
CEQ was contracted for the complete electrical works
including electrical design, green field site
establishment & temporary power, HV install, base
building electrical fit-out icluding security, data &
communications. Process control and Instrumentation
for facility, including PLC Software and commissioning
the main Compact Logix 1769L32E Controller, which
was connected over device net to eight remote nodes
distrubting 400 I/O out in the field. Programming and
commissioning of two HMI's running RS view and a
Honeywell SCADA system connecting over ethernet
to main site.

Beef Boning Room, Brisbane
Project Value: $650k
Fast-tracked project (16 Days) Involving disconnecting
and removal of entire Boning Room Process Area,
which consisted of over 400 drives and 1000 I/O
while keeping Sausage Processing, Packing and
Carton Conveyors operational. Design and installation
of new Boning Room, relocation and installation of
new lighting, refurbishment and building of MCC�s,
installation of drives and I/O to new system, PLC,
SCADA Software and Commissioning. Time frames
were succesfully met, and targeted production targets
were exceeded within the first 24 hours.

Swift Australia, Dinmore
Project Value: $1.2m
Replaced all MSB�s and Consumer Mains to 6
Transformers, and installed new PFC's over a 4 week
break period.

DFO, Jindalee
Project Value: $2.5m
Design and Construct Retail Centre: Complete Electrical
installation works, including Carpark Lighting.

Centro
Project Value: $500K
Redevelopment of existing Centro: Light & Power,
Carpark Lighting, Comms / Data, CCTV & MATV.

Global Seafood Processing Plant
Project Value: $400K
Moved complete facility which processes & packages
seafood. Job consisted of Consumer Mains, Light &
Power, CCTV, Security, Communications, Data,
Process & Control, PLC Software.
