Dave has gained certificates in Contract Administration, Contract Law, Industrial Electronics and Project Estimating and Management. Dave commenced his apprenticeship in 1976 with Langfield Industries and for over 30 years has earned a reputation for producing a quality installation. Dave is a fully licensed Electrical Fitter/Mechanic and is also trained in all facets of Building Services. Dave holds a Queensland Electrical Contractor's Licence and a NSW Qualified Supervisor Certificate. |
David Wojciechowski Operations Manager - Workplace Health & Safety Officer |
David is responsible for the organisation of all Company Manpower Plant and Materials. He liaises and trains staff members on a regular basis to ensure that OHS standards are maintained. David is also responsible for routine site inspections to ensure that staff personnel are performing appropriately within the OHS boundaries. |
David has held positions as Leading Hand, Foreman and Project Supervisor. He has considerable experience in Industrial, Motor Control and Commercial projects. |
Shane Harris Senior Estimator |
Shane is responsible for managing the tendering of all CEQ's electrical projects in the commercial and industrial sectors. He has experience with electrical estimating & document control of lighting, power, process control, switchboards/MCCs, fire detection, communications (voice/data), security and MATV systems. |
He has been involved within the electrical industry for over 20 years, and has held the position of Project Manager for numerous electrical installations throughout SE Qld. |
Darren Herbert Senior Industrial Project Manager |
Darren has spent 17 years in the Automation Industry, in capacities such as Motor Control Centre Design and Construct, automation equipment / systems technical support and sales, design and configuration of PLC and HMI systems and, in recent years, management of complex Automation and Robotics Projects. |
Darren has experience in: Carton Conveying Systems -- Food Processing Equipment including Conveyor Systems -- Barcode and RFID Inventory Systems -- Robotic Welding Systems -- Robotic Handling Systems -- Automated Plate Freezers -- Industrial Refrigeration -- SCADA system design and implementation -- PLC & PAC Control system design and implementation. |
Darren holds a Diploma in Project Management and joined the CEQ team to head the direction of the company into the automation and process areas. He is also a licensed Electrical Fitter / Mechanic with significant experience in the design and application of electrical automation systems. |
Roy Duff-Richardson Process Engineer |
Roy graduated as an electronics engineer in 1973 from the Durban University of Technology. He comes with over 37 year's experience in electronics design and manufacture. Roy has worked as a process engineer for multiple world-wide Automation companies and even developed and, for a number of years, ran his own business. |
He is responsible for the design and installation of Motor Control and PLC systems, and has experience in: Multiple PLC & SCADA Language Development - CAD Design - Industrial Networks - P&ID Controls - Industrial refrigeration design and installation - Chilling Tunnels - Plate Freezers - Conveyor Systems - Palletizing systems - Machine electronics development - Control Valving - Electrical field installation. |
Bill also held the position of Contracts Manager with the FFE Group (Qld) Pty Ltd and commenced his apprenticeship in 1969 with Kennedy & Middleton Pty Ltd. Bill has gained certificates in Contract Administration, Contract Law, Management Practices and Team Building. |
