The company is owned by Bill Bartley who has more than 40 years industry experience. CEQ Australia is further strengthened by Russell Dobson, General Manager, who has 30 years experience in the electrical, construction/project/development management industries and David Levitt, Contracts Manager, who has over 35 years experience in the electrical contracting industry managing projects and earning a reputation for producing quality installations.

Bill's contribution to the electrical contracting industry in Queensland has been rewarded with an appointment as councillor on the board of the Electrical Contractors Association.
