Bill Bartley  

Bill Bartley
Company Director

With 40 years in the industry, CEQ Australia owner and Director Bill Bartley is vastly experienced in all facets of the electrical contracting business. Bill established CEQ in 2000 and to this day remains actively involved in marketing, business development and client relationships. He is particularly passionate about apprentice training and mentoring and was recently elected a councillor for the ECA.

Russell Dobson
General Manager

GM Russell Dobson is an electrical engineer responsible for all facets of CEQ Australia's operations including strategic positioning of the business to ensure growth. His 30 years experience in leading construction and development companies has spanned a variety of roles including management of projects, design, construction and development. Russell is personally involved with all project stakeholders.
     
David Levitt  

David Lewitt
Contracts Manager

David Levitt commenced his career in 1976 with Langfield Industries and for over 30 years has built a reputation for producing quality installations. At CEQ Australia, where he has been for the past decade, he is responsible for the financial delivery of all projects. David has gained certificates in Contract Administration, Contract Law, Industrial Electronics, Project Estimating and Management.

David Wojciechowski
Operations Manager

David Wojciechowski, with CEQ Australia since 2001, is responsible for Quality Management on all projects, ensuring the appropriate allocation and organisation of all company manpower, plant and materials required for delivery. He has considerable experience in Industrial, Motor Control and Commercial projects and is responsible for site inspections to ensure OHS&E standards are met.

Process & Automation Manager

Darren Herbert joined CEQ Australia in 2009 having spent 17 years in the Automation Industry, in roles including Motor Control Centre Design and Construct, automation systems technical support & sales, design and configuration of PLC and HMI systems and, management of complex Automation and Robotics Projects. He is responsible for the delivery of all process and automation projects.

Shane Harris
Senior Estimator

Shane Harris has been an integral part of CEQ Australia since 2001, responsible for managing the tendering of all electrical projects in the commercial and industrial sectors. He is vastly experienced with electrical estimating & document control of lighting, power, process control, switchboards/MCCs, fire detection, communications (voice/data), security and MATV systems.

Office Manager

Lyn has managed the CEQ office since the company was formed in 2000. With over 30 years of administration experience, Lyn oversees the company's administration, accounting, IT, payroll and human resource functions.
