CE Group were Contracted by Leighton Contractors to perform the Electrical Services on the 10 Permanent Buildings at APLNG. This was our first Project with Leighton Contractors and included the Main Control Admin Facility, Marine Terminal Building, Fire Station Medical Facility, Compressor Control 1, Compressor Control 2, Maintenance/Lab Workshop, Warehouse, Dangerous Goods Store, Waste Storage and Marine Guard House. Each facility had specific Bechtel requirements and Leighton Contractors along with all their Subcontractors were required to Safely Co-ordinate this Contract Scope alongside 4500 other tradespeople on the Site. This was handled Professionally and without incident.

During the 11 Month Construction period CE Group were also called upon to perform additional scopes of work for Leighton Contractors which included the Assembly and Installation of Site Main Switchboards and the placement of 18 Klms of SWA Underground cables weighing in at approx. 60 Tonnes.
