The existing Hayman Island Sewerage treatment plant is located on the south-western side of the island off the coast of Central Queensland and required to be upgraded to meet the high standards of the resort and the growing tourist activity on the island. CE Group were contracted to design, implement and install a new electrically automated sewerage treatment control system.

CE Group’s engineering team were set some challenging design parameters which focused on the reduction of power consumption and environmental durability with no loss to the operation of the resort throughout the construction phase. This project was delivered to the highest quality and highlighted CE Group’s ability to deliver turnkey solutions with an emphasis on our engineering and infrastructure services team’s ability to work with our clients to deliver a robust and fit for purpose installation.
