The Mine Camps’ Sewerage and Water Treatments Plants are part of the expansions in the Surat Basin to support the Gas Industry. The sites included Condabri, Reedy Creek, Woleebee, Jordan and Ruby Jo Camps that accommodate and support the workers on the gas fields.

The works provided by CE Group included Control Panel / Motor Control Centre design, documentation, manufacture and site installation on each site. Our Engineering Department delivered the PLC, Operator Interface and SCADA System programming, including testing and commissioning on each site.

CE Group also implemented remote access functionality to the sites’ control systems for our client to operate, maintain and support their plants. This was done via standard web interfaces without the need to install proprietary software.

Additionally, CE Group provided alarm management solutions that informed our client, and the plant’s operator(s), by SMS text message and E-mail. These descriptive messages are initiated by the Control System using standard hardware and software; custom applications were not used.

The project has been successfully completed within the time constraints set down by the various job sites. Our impeccable safety record was also maintained.
