Is Your Mate OK? is a CE Group safety culture initiative that emphasises the company’s values of ensuring all employees, clients and contractors go home safe from work, everyday. It encourages free conversation and genuine awareness of the behaviours of those around us, and provides a platform for every individual to speak up when they feel that something just isn’t right. It places a focus on the mental health and well being of each individual, and empowers all to voice their thoughts, feelings and concerns in a non-judgemental forum.
