LMWQCC – 3 years strong

18 February 2019

The Lower Molonglo Water Quality Control Centre has become a familiar home for CEQ’s ACT Operations team in recent years.

After 3 years of working onsite and ZERO LTI’s to date, CEQ is continuing its strong relationship with Downer Utilities with the successful award of the Electrical Works contract for the Lower Molonglo Water Quality Control Centre – Furnace and Exhaust Upgrade Project.

The project will be completed in 2020 and involves the upgrade of the Centre’s furnace and exhaust systems. This upgrade will ensure the facility meets regulatory submission requirements and minimises any potential impact on the surrounding environments.

CEQ is excited to be an integral partner of the ongoing upgrade of the ACT’s main wastewater treatment plant and the largest inland treatment facility in Australia.
