CE Group was engaged by Jemena to provide the electrical installation for a new natural gas metering station located in Wilton, NSW.

The new metering facility was the final stage in the Eastern Gas Pipeline project for Jemena and supplied natural gas to approximately 1/3rd of Sydney’s gas customers. This involved constructing the new metering facility to provide gas to two existing metering facilities in the area.

CE Group performed the Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Area (EEHA) installation for the project, as well as providing an in-house-built Motor Control Centre, Distribution Boards, Dry Fire Warning and Fire suppression system for the facility.

The facility was electrically delivered to Jemena on-time, under tight delivery constraints, and successfully commissioned using CE Group staff’s intimate knowledge of the Metering Station.
